Prestique LLC ("Prestique," "we," "us," or "our") operates prestique.ai and audit.prestique.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

Information We Collect

When you use our free AI audit tool, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, industry, company name, and details about your business operations. We use this information to generate your personalized audit report and to follow up about our services.

We also collect standard usage data automatically — including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs — through our hosting infrastructure.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you initiate contact with our AI demo line by texting the phone number we publish in our outreach communications, we collect your phone number, the content of your messages, and the timestamps of your interactions. We use this information solely to:

SMS messages are sent and received through Twilio, Inc., our messaging infrastructure provider, which processes message content and metadata on our behalf.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or scheduling, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of receiving further SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Replying HELP returns our contact information. Replying START, YES, or UNSTOP resumes messaging after a prior opt-out. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply, and message frequency varies based on the depth of your conversation (typically 2–10 messages per session).

We retain SMS conversation records for up to two years for service-quality purposes and to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations. You may request deletion at any time using the contact information at the bottom of this page.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information you submit through the audit tool or our SMS demo line is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate the response. Anthropic's privacy policy governs that processing.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you are a client or prospect, and for up to two years following your last interaction with us. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
